These form must be completed and emailed to us before a collection or repair can be arranged.

Product collections are only arranged and collected from a JASIC distributor.

We will endeavor to estimate/service/repair equipment within 3 to 5 working days from receiving the products in our workshop. Please allow additional time for transportation

Here at ORACLE WELDING we are proud and honored that you have chosen our JASIC equipment as your part of your fleet. 

In order to get you back on the move please fill out the form below with as much info as possible so that we can get you up and running again. 


JASIC guarantees the product to be free from defects in material or workmanship when operated in accordance with the written instructions as defined in the owner’s manual supplied with the machine.
This warranty does not cover parts or labour costs for a failure or damage resulting from:​

  • Operating the product beyond the specifications established in the operating manual.
  • Failure to clean and maintain the machine as set forth in the operating manual.
  • The warranty period is in line with the warranty periods detailed within the Operating Manual of the machine.
  • Installation not in accordance with the operating manual.
  • Due to standards that are in place and in keeping with your own quality management system machine calibration and/or validation may be required, this might also be the case for maintenance servicing scheduling.
